Do not allow yourself to be trapped in the mindset that bullying "is just a part of growing up." We mustn't sit idly by and watch or listen as our fellow human beings become the victim(s) or the perpetrator(s) of bullying. In doing so, we validate bullying as an acceptable behavior, and therefore only serve to exacerbate the problem...when we should instead seek the solution.
